Well guys Went fishing this morning at 6 am. Got out there caught a bunch of bait (huge thread fin) and guess what.... no redfish, trout or snook to be found. By this time it was noon one o'clock. me and my friend were like screw this it's scallop season lets scallop the rest of the day. So back to the house we went. dropped off fishing gear picked up diving gear. and the rest was history... the pictures speak for them self. between me and my friend we had about 9 pounds of scallops!!!!

Heres my recipe for them:

roll out about 2 feet of aluminum foil and double it over so you have a 2ply piece 1 ft long.

Lay out the scallops in the middle of it... about 1 to 2 pounds of them. Cut 1/4 of a stick of butter and put it on the scallops, get 1 heaping teaspoon of minced garlic and 2 tablespoons of Paul Prudhommes Blackened Redfish Magic seasoning sprinkled over all of it. Tent the foil up to close it and hold in steam... place on the grill for about 20 minutes on medium/low heat... about 5 minutes before taking off the grill, open the foil to vent excess steam and help lower the amount of juice in the foil.

Serve and enjoy!!!
