Motorola RAZR 2, Motorola Q9, BlackBerry 8820?AT&T launch dates?

File this one under unconfirmed rumors, but we got a nice tip this morning that included the Motorola RAZR 2, Motorola Q9, BlackBerry 8820 (again), Pantech C810, and the AT&T SMT5700. According to this anonymous tipster, we?ve got the Motorola Q9, and the Motorola RAZR 2 V9 pegged for an August 24th release. Same day action, baby! The Pantech C810, a rumored WCDMA device, is looking like it will see the light on September 9th. What about the BlackBerry 8820? Well, "expect" that to launch on August 13th or 14th, and the SMT5700 to follow on August 24th, or August 28th. Who?s happy if these launch dates stick?

I probably won't get a RAZR2 as soon as they arrive, i've only had my v3i since February. But that is the phone that I plan to upgrade to when I do buy a new phone. August 24 just around the corner - Dmatt - isn't that a RAZR2 in your Sig? That Q9 doesn't look half bad either. Anyone planning on getting one of these phones?

Yes it is :D , and I think of getting it but either when it reaches a reasonable price, or the silve color of its brother v8.. I don't think that reddish copper color is much good.

i hope i can get my hands on a razr 2. i think it looks great and has cool features. i do wish motorola would upgrade the camera though. but the phones still good!

yeah, i know what you mean about the color - my v3i is from cingular/at&t
it's the metallic red-maroon color and i'm not too crazy about it, hopefully
there will be a lot of after market parts available for it like housings and
junk like that

I have had the MotoQ q9 for a bit over 2 weeks now. Running everything on AT&T...MMS, G-Mail, and Browsing with Opera.

I like it a lot.

After almost 3 years from V3 to V3i to K1 to K3 it's a whole different UI....
Beginning to look for mods.

I have that darn roaming triangle! I don't even know where to look for something like a SEEM edit!
