well ladies and gentlemen today we have bluefish. a very whit flaky meat taste good when deep fried and seaoned with grlic and season salt with a flour shell!!

oh yeah mr.t it like snook they have alot of shoulder to them!! during the winter here spanish macs and blue fish are in prime season!!

When I lived on the east coast, I use to fish for blues all the time.

Here on the east coast by the end of August the blues run down where the river meets ocean the water boils with them you can net them by just scooping in. Not as much fun but plentiful beyond belief!!!

"fish of the day" is like soup of the day you never know what it is going to be!! like this sat going out to three rooker and going for blues. spanish macs and snook and redfish of the drop!! you just never know!!
