Here are the hard, dry facts: Yes, drinking water is a good thing,
far better than buying soft drinks, or liquid candy, as nutritionists like to call it.
And almost all municipal water in America is so good that nobody needs to
import a single bottle from Italy or France or the Fiji Islands.
Meanwhile, if you choose to get your recommended eight glasses
a day from bottled water, you could spend up to $1,400 annually.
The same amount of tap water would cost about 49 cents.

The one thing they do in my city is make clean fortified water. Im close enough to Poland Springs to fill up but who needs it !! I drink tap water in 32oz bottles throughout the day. Remember that somewhere along the line we have sort of lost the ability to know when we need to hydrate this is why 90% of Americans at least suffer symptoms of dehydration (lots of sugar water and other productsfool us into thinking we are alright progress HUH?)

Drink water in excess your body will show you when enough is enough and drink from all sources don't count on bottled water

My familys place in the Shenandoah Mountains has a spring that bubbles up right out of the top of the mountain. My dad had it tested a while ago... cleaner than tap water. Its good stuff, and doesnt cost me a penny...also, Im essentially recycling gallon milk jugs to use for carrying the water!
