I found stock firmware on this site with language pack 0039 (has dutch) but my phone currently has R3442A_G_0E.43.0AR firmware and the flash is file is version G_0E.41.22R
is it safe to flash this firmware on my phone? or is it not possible to flash older version ? I cannot find suitable stock firmware version G_0E.43.0AR with dutch language pack lp0037 or lp0039
offcourse i make full backup with F&B 3 before flashing this firmware. but i just want to be sure.
thanks.

If all you need is to change the language, then I would not recommend flashing to an older version software. Sometimes it can render your phone unusable unless you flash a newer software into it. There are sticky firmwares that cannot be downgraded.
If you have Flash & backup 3 then you can open the firmware in it, remove all unnecessary code groups from the firmware and leave just CG4 to flash the language.
If you don't just post a link to the firmware with the language you want and I'll upload just the language for you.

Hi.
After I bought it, there is an AT&T sim-unlocked firmware on the device.
It is version R3442A_G_0E.43.0AR
Flex: GSTRAZR06ATT01NA0F0
Since I live in the netherlands I need the dutch language pack on it.
Dutch should be in any of these packs: Lp0037 or Lp0039.
Since I don't have at&t but regular provider, the best would be stock firmware unlocked (same version or newer) with one of these 2 language packs to include dutch. So I would get rid of all unnecessary icons and have the dutch lanuage. I haven't found it anywhere on this site or the net.
If you could point me in the right direction, that would be great.
Thanks

I saw some of them here http://search.4shared.com/network/search.jsp?sortType=1&sortOrder=1&sortmode=2&searchName=r3442a+lp0039&searchmode=2&searchName=r3442a+lp0039&searchDescription=&searchExtention=&sizeCriteria=atleast&sizevalue=10&start=0
However, make sure you read the comments some of the other users made. There is no telling which one is locked or which one will render your phone a brick.

Already googled and found these but it is OE.42 is that older or newer than G_0E.43.0AR. I prefer same version tested and safe unlocked and unbranded + a way to add dutch language to it.

0E.42 is older that 0E.43. Give me a link to the firmware you prefer and I will create an unlocked flash for you containing only the flex and language. This will be safe to flash on your phone even and will keep it unlocked.

Don't know a file, but what I am looking for is :
R3442A_G_0E.43.0AR stock firmware unlocked + dutch language pack. (just plain firmware without any provider stuff or unneeded extra's)
No more no less.
If you can provide that which doesn't brick or lock my phone. That would be great.
Thanks.

Just go to the downloads section and select a custom MP and flash it on. That will make your phone unbranded. If dutch language is not there, just go to the Language Packs section and pick the right language pack and flash it.

Is this one safe to flash and will it stay unlocked ? :
V3re firmware_MotoCat_ R3442A_G_0E.43.0AR
afterwards the language pack LP0037 from downloads section.

I don't think that's a custom MP. Try any of these:
R3442A sacreduser
Kaz?H! _evOlutioN_eXtremE V2.0 FINAL
iPhone_V3Re
MP_Zyclo_M V3re - By Moto_Razr
MP_Revolutions_For_V3re_By_Nub
Even if I listed them here, it is still Flash at your own risk :)
