MSNAP

I can't seem to get MSNAP to work correctly. Everytime I try to capture the screen, a message pops up saying "Error Opening Device". Anyone else have this problem and how do I fix it?

What phone are you using. I am tried and I forgot what model you have.

open msnap and then plug phone in. it should say something modem. then you should be able to use it!!

I have had this problem before - I hadn't selected the right modem - and it was trying to read my internet connection! I just had to select the other modem

edit: this worked for my v3i

Not sure about the v3, but Msnap won't work with some of the v3xx firmware.
Once you change the firmware, it works.

It flawless on my 2 v3.

Make sure you have all the updated Drivers. You can get all new ones here in the download section or at motodev.com.

for me, msnap wont work either. so i just stopped trying to use msnap. let us know if you get it working and share what you did.

You are using msnap2, which many times gives problem. i have also faced this problem with msnap2.

Infact use msnap1, yu would be fine.

If you are running any p2k programme and then run msanp, it wont work, just remove the cable and insert again

oh alright. how do u know if ur using msnap 2 or 1? i have a z3 by the way

One is a DOS base.
