Help for V3i iTunes backup

I own a V3i iTunes
Today I read the post "http://www.mmus.us/forum/showthread.php?t=983"
Hence I tried to do it on my phone but before that i tried to make a backup of it.
I am using F&B 3.0.053
The software detects my phone properly
When I start making backup everything is fine until the end and I see the operation being successful but when
I look in the backups folder there is no backup there
I have tried this many times but to no avail

Check the settings tab in F&B to see where the backup is being stored, we also have a newer version you can try here.

When I installed F & B 3.0.7 the program isn't starting up now
Is it possibe that I am having problems coz I am using Windows 7

I have F&B 3.0.7 installed on windows 7 and working ok for me.

Did you delete the old version first?

No I didn't delete the old one
After a few trials now I've started F & B 3.0.7
But still I am facing the same problem
There is no backup in the destination folder

Not sure what the problem is here...:boh:

Try changing the settings for the backup location, for example, the desktop, run a backup and see if your new backup is stored to the desktop. From there you can store the backup wherever you want. (documents etc)
