New On Z9!

Hi! I'm from argentina and I just bought from your country an unlocked z9 from AT&T and i was just wondering if I could modd it as a normal P2K Motorola like V3i... W5.. etc.. At the moment i have a modded v8 but is Linux... nothing to do with P2K05...

Yes, I read carkey post about what can i do with this phone... but I don't know HOW.

Thanks! Uhm... I want to install skins, mod the audio.cfg (volume), and disable (or activate, don't remember) Unicode for SMS.

My firmware is R263312_U_9E.01.16R and my boot 05.F3... I read that with my firmware I can only install skins with P2K Commander... =(

Not sure of any other options for installing skins, but P2K commander should do the trick for sure.

Thanks for the answer! That looks easy... but how can I disable SMS unicode? or mode the audio.cfg ? Is that possible?

I don't know about the SMS unicode.

Have you tried using motosound to edit the audio.cfg? Or try an audio_cfg from a V9 MP?

Hi! sorry, I was having problems with the speaker because here in Argentina there is no spare parts for moto Z9... In a cellphone repair place the putted me a Samsung speaker and sucks.. damn... if I could only get the speaker...

Btw, do somebody know where to buy the speaker in internet? Because a friend of mine is comming next month, so I can ship him the speaker to his house in US.

Well... at the moment I had installed skins, changed the boot logo, but the mail problema is that I have a lot of icons of AT&T that here (Argentina) doesn't work, there a lot of useless aplications... I need an unlocked flash and unbranded...

Or maybe I could try downloading the mma_ucp, mod it in my computer (p2k tools?) and then unpload it.

Oh! I almost forgot... SMS Unicode activated sucks... my character limit is very short... =(.. But I can download and upload the seems with p2k commander, thats interesting.

I just configured P2K Tools Vs in P2K05 and Voil?! I CAN EDIT SEEMS,I CAN DISABLE UNICODE, I CAN EDIT THE MENU!!

I've checked for you but couldn't find any store which sells z9 speaker. You might ship it to your friend in U.S so that he can get it repaired in motorola service center in my opinion.
