v3x skins

well having probs putting skins on my v3x. p2kcommader won't run and skin man won't work. need some help thanks!

Which version of P2Kcommander and Skiman? Skiman 0.51 and P2kCommander 4.9.C should do it. And Some P2K programs, in the settings options, have a P2K05 setting. I think you may need that for your V3x

Make sure phone is set to data transfer. Not sim card when connecting.

hey guys how do i change the start up and shut down. motokit don't work. i got the skin thing figured out.

Whatever animated gif file you use for the startup and shutdown need to be named "splash_pwr_up_a_full.gif" and "splash_pwr_dwn_a_full.gif" .

Backup the originals first on your PC, then delete them from the phone... THEN replace them with your new files named the same.
