Hmm I am yet to see a way to remove sticky firmware. I have been doing alot of looking around for info on this and came up with nothing, though I think I read somewhere a while back some one Flashing R441D and was able to get it off. Don't quote me but I will look into that and see if I can find the info.

I don't think it's possible yet, not even with a R4441D

What if you bricked and then install a new PDS?

I would do this to mine also if this works - my v3i is R479.....86r - i can't get r4441d on mine. I also have A0.30 bootloader.

Well it is true that you can't get this S/W off. The idea of bricking and doing a new PDS file install seems like it may work in theory. Not sure though.

Rotary if you try this and it works let us know. This could be a break through.
