Pros & Con's, of a V3xx

hey guys i'm looking at a V3xx on ebay,
should i get one??
i no nothing about them

what are the Pros and Cons of this Moto???

It depends on wether the V3xx is stock and unlocked, or was previously a Cingular / ATT V3xx. The stock unlocked ones are great to Mod, the LCD is brilliantly visible in all conditions, menus are fast... and it has 3G. The latter are a bit tricky. Cingular / ATT also removed the interior camera as well as butchered the software.

I have had an unlocked international v3xx for some time.
Great phone. Can use a 2GB memory card to store lots of "stuff."
I also have a Cingular version, which I got mainly to test firmware with.
Both phones can be modded to your liking.

Gonna have to agree with Jack on the fact that AT&T/Cingy did remove the two way camera(the service was not offered here in the states), and limited the software. But with all the latest finds and new seem edits I am really satisfied with my V3xx's the only thing I have not been able to do that I want to do is adjust the ring volume. You can totally back them up make MP's. There are a lot of DRM's and skins that have been created(some by me). This phone is super fast, can be read and serviced by Skiman v. 51, P2kCdr., RSD lite, there are profiles and loaders for F&B3. It can use other programs as well. The MMA can also be changed to use a 16 icon menu.

In my opinion,v3xx is the best p2k05 phone out there.
It is better than the MAXX-better construction,better quality,better screen.

It is a great phone (I was the first in Greece to buy it) but sometimes I get bored because no new hacks have been discovered.

^^ Agreed, very solid phone for me but US version is ticking me off a bit with no clean firmware upgrades. I would like the international's flexability but useless in my area without the 850 band.
