F&B 3.07 Flashing Question

I have F&B 3.07 and I'm wanting to flash my V3R and I have the file to flash with. Question should I put the phone in bootloader mode (hold the * & # while turning the phone on) or Just bootup F&B and flash the phone from the program by itself?

It doesn't really matter. You can flash it either way. However, I find it faster to connect the phone in bootloader mode since before flashing can start, your phone will be put in this mode by the program as well.

Thanks for the input Vermsky, I tired it and it work!!!! I've tired different MP's and all worked out OK. I love F&B. Thanks again.....
