Lp0903.: (T_Mobile) American English, American Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Canadian French
Lp0039.: UK English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Turkish, Portuguese
It changes the languages available on your phone.
It appears that LP0903 is specific for T-Mobile.
