I have PDF+, but it seems to be DEMO. I can't set up all the settings right, I can't set up the view options right, I can't even jump to page. All I can do is go to the next/previous step, which is ABSOLUTELY ANNOYING when having to read a 300 paged jokes .pdf ^^ .
Any other application? :D Or perhaps the full version of PDF+? Anyone at all? :D
