V3r doesn't ring or vibrate

I have a v3r that wont ring or vibrate. It will show missed calls! I flashed it with R4515........... and the screens look different but it still wont ring.

Any ideas to fix this?

Did you backup the phone before flashing?
What was the firmware and bootloader on the phone before
you flashed?
What R4515 firmware did you flash?

I did not backup before I flashed it. It had this problem before and that is why I tried the flash.

I don't remember the boot loader.

I did try a couple of other flashes but the phone stuck in Flashing mode or something like that.

You need to flash a newer R4515 MP. from B3R on, the PDS changed, and that made them sticky. Only the newer B3R, D3R, E1R or F0I will work on your phone now.
