I decided to start this thread as I was in the market for a Blue Tooth Headset urgently since very soon talking on your cell phone while driving would soon be made illegal ( I don't endorse that any way but you never know when you may have to answer an urgent call). I was looking for user reviews on Headsets and other options and it was a bit difficult to come across unbiased reviews. I eventually settled for an H500 as it is small and a friend of mine has one and can attest to it being good for what it is. Neither myself nor my wife like to walk around with it stuck in our ear any ways it's basically for the car. Wish I had paid for the car charger though.
Anyways if you guys have any experience with any type of accessory for your Moto that you could recommend I think it may save someone else having to scout the net looking. It doesn't even have to be Motorola alone. Just share your experiences with the device and recommend or not if (You could even use a 5 Star rating, 5 being excellent, 1 being terrible). Stuff that you know for sure of are also welcome. Take care and you all be good to each other.

Yeah I was going to order one of those H5 but I was getting it off of ebay and lost the bid so I just didn't bother. Besides I don't think me nor the wife would have been comfortable with the in ear thing. Let us know the performance when you get it Spike. Konig those are big but I bet they sounded great. great idea with the photo so I would like to urge others to attach pictures as well too so we could see what you are talking about.

So this it the little BT headset I got Thursday evening. I gave this a whirl on Friday after I charged it. The connection is lost at around 30 Ft and boy so far this thing doesn't need recharging yet so great battery time. Tested it on my v3i (ok, the one that was formerly mines and now officially my wife's). The volume controls on the top and bottom are a bit hard to feel out if you are looking for the. I even had to take it off at one point to adjust the volume because I lost my patience. Volume level is loud and clear (could be louder for me but I am probably a bit deaf too from all of the loud music I endure). The signal drop tone that it makes can be a bit annoying but you will learn to ignore it. One of the things I like about it is that You can switch the ear hook for Left of right ear use. The funcionality so stated in the little manual for it have also worked smoothly (once you memorize the little manual, so minute)Overall a great buy because you can't have it all and for the price I paid for it makes it worth the while.
V3i:
Connection was fast and easy with the Headset option in the Blue Tooth connection setup. You just have to turn on the headset and once the BT is on it connects and goes. Systems tones come through the headset but not your ringtones or music files. It also changes you ringtones in your Ringer ID's back to default when in use with the BT headset for the V3i. Quickly pairs and works great with this phone too.
K1:
Connection was really fast but you have to go to you audio devices setting in the BT connection setup every time you turn on the headset. I know what you are saying, just create a shortcut and use that. Similar physical results with the V3i with the exception here that your ringtones and music files can play through the headset a plus for me as well as the importants numbers I use rely heavily on Ringer ID's. Only short coming is having to go to Audio Devices every time but I can let that slide in order to hear my Ringer ID's.
Edit: I got it to connect automatically after all. Just make sure to change the Access Settings to Automatic in Device History of the Blue Tooth Connection Setup
I give it a 4 out of 5 stars.
