Spam on text messages HELP HELP

My sister has a razr 3I and I have a Razr 3XX. we both get random astrology text messages.
But we also get one that has no body and the from shows a exclamation point and what looks like a bottle.
Does anyone please have a clue how to stop it and where do they come from. I rarely get them but the razr 3I got 10 of them yesterday.

You can always ask your provider, and ask them to stop it as you have never subscribe...

This one you get right after voice mail. There is seem edit but it cause more trouble than deleteing the message. You are NOT charge for above message as it comes from your own phone.
