Rixr not charging.......

My Rizr will not charge... When I go to charge it, it will blank out........ And won't charge.... Even off PC and Wall chargers, will not charge....

Charge lights work, then it just stops charging

You need to try to clean the interior of the USB port... I suggest alcohol... something isnt making contact.

yeah agreed something not making contact but it is wierd that the screen is going blank!! back up your phone!! in case anything happen.

Tried my dads K1 battery, worked alright... Connected to pc and is charging now I hope

are the battery contacts dirty on your battery? rub them clean with a pencil eraser
