60 dialed and recieved calls

does any body have the seem they can give already modded i keep trying to do the seem edit and it screws up my phone every time!! :bang:

Hey Rotary I thought I had the seems on my computer on work. I have the some documentation on it. In my work on V3i I believe it was mentioned that 60 has been achieved but it may be pushing it. Here's what I have to get you to 50 though.

50 number call history in Received/Dialled Calls

Use "LeaderGL FlexEditor" or Old P2Kman to download SEEMS 0050_0001 & 0051_0001 from phone to my PC then use XVI32 to change the following:

SEEM
0050_0001
offsets 8F and 93
changed values to 32 (Originally set to A)

and

0051_0001
offsets 8F and 93
changed values to 32 (Originally set to A)

NOTE:
32 hex is 50 decimal
if you enter 14 hex you will get 20 decimal.
Seem was original set at A (A=10, therefore it was 10 max in caller history)

Someone has managed to get a 60 call limit, but... DONT PUSH YOUR LUCK!

Probably it has something to do with that sticky S/W. Is it 86R that you have on it?

Well that sucks. I don't think the SEEMS will work for your phone. I can't say exactly why but I am yet to come across some one successful in using the edited SEEMS from another phone on one with sticky S/W then I could be wrong.

The seems edits should work even with the sticky firmware. Because the firmware cant be over written does not have anything to do with the seem edits. Sometimes you have to go back to the old Pkman to load seems to the non P2K phone.

Just learned something there. I thought it had to do with the s/w. How come so many people get this problem in editing seems of sticky s/w then?

I had been fussing with this for a while and was looking over the seems and found this and it worked for me your results may vary....
I found that you had to edit 3 offsets not just 2.... offset AF was still holding the smaller hex# as well. You could try the 3C hex in all 3 offsets and see if it works for you. 50 is plenty for me so I haven't bothered to go quite that far.

From seems 0051_0001 and 0050_0001 we will change offsets AF, 8F, and 93 to the hex # of our choice (hex#32=50 calls) and save back to our phone. Restart and enjoy the enhanced call logs.

Well it seems to be working! my phone isn't all wierded out. just don't have that many people calling me so will have to see if it all works withinthe next week or so!!

well tried this for a week to see. and i still only have 10 calls dialed and recieved. maybe i did the edit wrong!! lol
