Unlock softkeys in by fizzwinkle works with the Cingular v3xx as well:

How to unlock the softkeys (w/o replacing the mma_ucp/mma_dcp from another MP)
This way you don't have to go through the hassle of trying to get worldclock to show up on a different mma_ucp.
1. download mma_ucp from /a/mobile/system/
2. open it up with a hex editor (I used XVI32)
3. change the following offsets using bit manipulation.
at offset 57, bit 2: 1 = lock, 0 = unlock (left softkey)
at offset 7B, bit 2: 1 = lock, 0 = unlock (right softkey)
4. save changes, and upload to /a/mobile/system/, replacing the one there.

What about the seem edit for the alpha tag it should be the same as the V3xx, also the seem edits for the network change to force 3G out so you can use edge and show your tag.

You can copy your plm_txt_table.bin from your V3i or V3 or K-1 or the V3xx, they are all interchaneable.

From the P2k seem map by Xlr8!, and some from newly discovered edit by others.
This is what your network should look like after the seem 0032 and 0025 edits. 850/1900 will give you edge, and your alpha tag, if you need to go to 3G just change it to automatic.

seem 0032, offset 4B, bit 6 must be set to "0"
in some cases, seem 0032, offset 02, bit 1 must be set to "0" also.
offset 51-bit 3: Alpha Tag Display (1 from SIM, 0 from phone)

offset 40 - bit 4: Alpha Tag Display (1 from SIM/Tower, 0 from phone/plmn_text_table.bin)

Edit seem 005b-0001
If you want to use the go back button(or clear) edit offset 10 ( default is 25) and change it FF

the cv button is offset 19(default is 55) change it FF

media net is offset 1E (default is 3E) change to FF

Please back up seem before making changes.

Then push the assign button to take screen shot. Hook the phone back up to P2k Commander and go to a/mobile/picture and look for scr001 image download and you are set.

^^^I was using P2K comm. 4.9D to upload the stock mma_ucp & the FTR_Globalstate ,and I click restart and it hung, and then just kept power cycling.

There is one right now and I am just finalizing my tests before I release the profile along with the original motorola firmware.

keiri was able to backup his phone and got an shx file afterwards without doing anything special except unchecking cut empty bytes.

I download Keri files from MotoX and used his audio file and it is the same as mind 2076 hex address.

FL, if no one has tried this yet...
It seems you can not open the unbranded V9's audio_cfg_b.db in motosound. However you can just take the audio_cfg_b.db from a branded v9 and overwrite it onto the unbranded and it will work, and you will from then on be able to open it up in motosound right from the phone, modify to your liking and write it back. I took the audio_cfg_b.db that you posted earlier in this thread and used that one. I backed up, then deleted my audio_cfg_b from my phone the wrote yours. Then I renamed the audio_cfg_b that you posted to audio_cfg and deleted the audio_cfg from my phone then wrote that onto it too. now I have my volume set 3 steps up and is louder than ever

Thanks Fldodger for this edit. It did in fact raise the volume on my V9, but not my bluetooth headset. It is set all the way up to 7 and still is low. Is there another audio file for the bluetooth?

and now in options of photo - available max resolution is 1024x1280 (1.3MP). Why?

How do i can return back 2MP resolution ? (1200x1600)
