An issue with memory card.!

hi guys in my L9 i have a problem now with memory card. the memory card is not detected when am seeing in the storage devices it showing "Memory card-Unformatted" .!! when i trying to format its fail to format. At the same time the same memory card can be accessed by other phones. i tried different memory card also i wouldn't detect.!! help me guys!!!!

Reformat? How can i do that dude.? If a inserted a new memory card from other phone also ' memory card unformatted ' showing lik that in storage devices . When i give format a moment while its trying to format , then 'format is failed' by the phone.
But when i insert a memory card its detected and says 'memory card inserted unformatted' when i removed it says 'memory card removed some settings changed' ...!

change flex cable.....
nor
check if the memory card files in your memcard directory aren't "attribute" or "read-only" in her propriety (right-click on them for this) If not, try to delete these files, epsx will recreated the files to the next start.

dude even i reflashed the fw too!!!!! and i tried new memory card also.
