changing startup and shutdown screen?

I have the DMatt pack on my V3i. I believe that with this pack I should be able to change the startup and shutdown (and cl) screen on the fly.

Unfortunately I cannot find a reference as to how this is done. If anyone else has this pack I would appreciate a nudge in the right direction.
1/ Where do you put the su/sd screen?
2/ What do you rename them to change them to be default?

i've found that P2K Tools is the easiest way to change the su/sd screens,
or look in the guides section

I already knew about the guide and the P2KTools method.
I was under the impression that the Dmatt pack had already been modded to include the "on the fly" method of changing the su/sd/cl.

After re-reading the guide I decided to download and view the two seems. I see that they have not been modded.
I guess I have some work to do but editing the two seems - seems to be a little tricky.

the two seems: 0206 and 0207. Are they 000 or 001?
A: is this the transflash card?
In XV132 - how do you enter hex 0?
