This is my next phone after the atrix. I simply fall in love with it at first sight. We come from the RAZR culture. With its razrsharp kevlar body, I plan to slice those plastic samsungs, sonys and cheap metalbody htc's.

Yeah, I am seriously thinking about getting this RAZR.
Hopefully I get my iPhone 4S mid November, by that time there should be more user reviews available about the RAZR. Then I will decide to either keep the 4S or sell it and get the RAZR.
Only drawback is that I am a total Android noob. :D

Good news the phones with an unlocked bootloader,
or with a bootloader that can be unlocked via a menu option in the recovery
ROM. The harder was is via a software utility that must be downloaded
and installed on a computer and applied via a USB cable
connected to the phone.

With the trend going towards smart phones, which themselves are getting more powerfull then the earlier laptops (e.g. my Toshiba Satellite Pro with 800 Mhz & 256 MB RAM :yawn: ), it really is no surprise that the price goes up each time. :wck:
Gone are the days when it was possible to have 2 of the same phones, one for everyday use and one for modding. :(

The newer Moto Android won't be so hard to unlock the bootloader. Photon and Atrix comes with locked bootloader but it's so easily to be unlocked. :)

Got my RAZR but the headset is the same they shipped with Milestone. Why doesn't motorola give a f*ck about europe ? GRRR...

The subsidized and cheaper XT912 gets the EH20, 16gb sdhc, coolest box, not sure but it might even get an hdmi cable.

The uk version (xt910), i only get cheap headsets, no sdcard, no hdmi cable but just charger !!! The box isn't attractive,too. The device is wonderful. Quality in everywhere and screen is beautiful. I will do a video review both in Turkish and English :D

However, i cant say that i felt like i am driving a ferrari car as i was sporting with the atrix beast.

Here's my unboxing if anyone is interested what you get in the package. It is not a rich package but the phone itself is gorgeous and beautiful, fast, reliable.


RAZR XT910 Box, simple and plain. This is the UK edition XT910. The US version XT912 comes with a much more appealing box as usual. Motorola always gives their best to US !

Stunningly well colors and brightness. This is what a SAMOLED display should have been from the beginning. I assure you it show WHITES as WHITE unlike those sammy's which tries to fool whites with Green or Blue.
