Anything besides R26111LD_U_96.71.95R for Cingular V3xx?

Having troubles with the car Bluetooth on a Cingular branded V3xx running R26111LD_U_96.71.95R so I want to try a newer firmware/MP.

I have been looking through here and going blind with the different firmwares. Is there anything else I can put on there? It's for the wife, so just needs to be simple and work. ;)

This should be the cleanest flash for the LD version as LD to MLD has issues and I would not attempt as your wife may brain you :-) I have done LD to LD_AS many times and this full stock flash will get you there easily. You can use F&B 3.06 or RSD (I use F&B).

Has anyone else tried this download and did it solve the issues with your phone?
Do I need MPT or other S/W to install on my phone?
I having issues with dropped calls with the LD-U S/W version.
Are there anyone who does these modds for a small fee...I'm totally new to modding and don't want to end up with a brick.

As StarkRaving said, he has used this MP several times.
You need RSD Lite or Flash&Backup to flash the MP.
You will have to Google for RSD Lite, as it is warez.
