Henry you need to have already flashed Rasputins 4x4 reflash to apply new skins at the mo theses a guide in the V8 area.

There are 2 ways to install a new skin.
1.) Create a new CG52 with that skin, hard way
2.) use one of the CG52 reflashes that gives you some "external" skins. By "external" skins I mean skins that can be changed via Windows Explorer as they are located in the user memory compared to the "internal" skins which sit in the CG52.
Hope this is not to confusing as the terms external and internal skins had a different meaning with the P2K phones.

Okay guys, there is a guy on another Modding forum, who has posted that this skin is bug free and works perfectly on a Z6 !!!!!

So I am again confused :oops:

I only say that the skin on the V8 works. :!:

A bug free skin will never give, but there are too many settings in the INI files.

no you need to, select a Stock skin,
when you connect the USB otherwise you'll hang the phone mate

My v8(512m) installed the theme of "iPhone by Duron",when the SMS come,The The external color number font is black,(the background is black)can not see clear,How to amend? openwindow_p.ini->this file?

just copy one from another skin and edit it with the name of the skin and save it as iphone_by_duron.chm
