I have these files in my c/mobile/audio folder. Is it safe to delete them?

I know I need to keep my funlight, Start~up, Power~down and possibly Moto.
I want to keep my ringtones on the transflash card so they don't take up much room and so that they can be accessed thru the ring tones drop down menu.

What are the files with the .imy extension?

You can delete them but first go to a/mobile/audio file and delete the 2 .temp tones and set all to silent. I know that you should do this on the V3i but not about others except same for the V3. imy files might be Motomixer files.

I had already done this and there seems to be no problems. I just went back to a/ mobile/ audio file and found no temp files. Ringtones seem to be working fine.

What is Motomixer?

It is a program on the phone, if the seem is edited. It will show on your phone and you can use it to make ringtone with tones.
