I am bummed, got a K3 from US vendor but it is TIM branded and won't connect although AT&T tech support says 1900 is strong where I am. Saw a TMobile antenna briefly prolly telling me it saw the 3g on the 2100gHz ...bummer!! I am gonna send it back cuz I wanted to use it here (understanding lack of 850 would hamper some AT&T connections some places) and live with EDGE while in the EU I could get full coverage and use 3G on the 2100 ...it was a great plan but nothing works as you think ...what I hate is they can't just tell you the thing is in Italian and even tho you change the language, it never actually changes most of the menus ...I'm pissed. I was even gonna do a seem edit to see if it has an 850 radio which would have been a plus ...nice fone, though ...bummer!!
