Gain table and startup shutdown

well for the past couple days i have been trying to figure out how to mod the gain table and have come to a brick wall there is no way to load it back on the phone. i did find that the su and sd images are in the root folder trying to mess with them now to see if they can be changed!!

any ideas would be great thanks!!

there is a program called motosound editor that i got from another site(dont know if i can mention it here) but it will modify the gains on the v3re.

and i would also like to customize the start up and shut down gifs but someone told me that it cannot be done yet. can i get a second opinion on this?
