I haven't seen it. Where is it suppose to be?
Using S/WR26111LD_U_96.66.73BR and your 2021 skin and Comic Sans Font.

It is under Settings/Personalize!
Other people have a similar option under Settings/Personalize/Home screen.

I notice weird things after flashing the 96.80.51R monsterpack.Though I flashed the 73BR over it,there are some options remaining from the 51R monsterpacl...

Very weird!
