Cannot access my adderss book!

So I had a problem with my software a few days ago with my AT&T Razr V3xx and I was able to install and flash a stock MP and everything has been just fine...EXCEPT...I am no longer able to access my phonebook! I can type text messages but I can't select a contact! Even from the main menu, I am unable to go into the address book. BUT if someone calls me who is in my phonebook, their name shows up. I'm assuming it's not a problem with my SIM card, just another unfortunate software issue....Please help!!

You apparently have your contacts on your sim card.
I would try and reflash the phone again and see what happens.
If the same thing, copy contacts to phone and see if they show up.

I've experienced this before when I've flashed an MP with a Language Pack that was not supported by my phone.

Example; I've flashed MP with Asian Language Pack then I flashed font meant for North American Language Pack. The address book is there, but I couldn't access it. Because system is looking for certain characters that is not there / supported.

Proposed Solution: Try and check that stock MP language pack or just reflash new language pack that it can supports.

thanks a LOT guys. everything is working beautifully. now if i can just find a noob-proof way to enable the funlights, i'd be a happy man. haha

There's a guide on that, just use P2KTools, should be ok.

I have come across this when upgrading from LD to LD_AS. I needed to reflash with the stock LD_AS then the mod pack... Make sure your address beek is backed up as the full flash will wipe it.
