icons into the z3?

how do u put theese icons into the rizr phone? and is it possible to change the t-zon and help icons?

which icons are those then mate?
most icons are easy to change,
you have the ones in the skin(using skiman to install,
DRM (using RSD Lite or F&B3) and there are a few in;
a/ mobile> system folder (by using P2K Tools)

the guide is for the skinner4moto programs. how do you do it if you have skiman?

To change icons you first have to use the skinnermoto as the guide shows.
Then save skin and then you can install the skin with the new icons.

yes skinner4moto is needed....the guide is fairly simple, and if you need additional help just ask. ( make sure you download the right one for your phone )

which skinner4moto program do i use for the z3? there are 4 different links for the skinner.

Use this one HERE (http://fldodger.googlepages.com/Skinner4moto_v01.2.9_Beta_-_KRZR_K1_.rar) Extract it. Then open it then click open on the top left corner and go to where the skin is.

ive gotten skinner4moto and figured out where the gid directory is. but on the guide it says to use the icon set you want to use. what if theres only one icon i want to change or add in? like the t-zone icon or the video camera icon?

The video is the drm not icon set. And to remove the tzone you have to edit the mma_ucp file to remove the it. With that you will evrything in it.

ooh ok. so how do u know which is a drm and which is part of an icon set?

USB-video camera and any branded icon can not be changed

when i try putting the jmguitar icon set on the motolover skin, it doesnt work. i followed the steps and then when i reopen the skin with skinner4moto, it shows the jmguitar icons on their, but when i check on the phone, it just shows the normal skin icons. am i doing this right?

-open skinner4moto
-open skin file
-go to gif directory
-copy the jmguitar set and replace the original iconset with new ones

Yes then save in a different location. Make sure you unchack the lite skin.

what does unchecking it do?

Saves it is a full skin. With the check it will use some of the default skins setting.
