How do I add Simplified Chinese capability to my V3R?

I'd imagine this is a fairly quick and easy question, but I've had a hard time pinning down a simple answer based on what I've read in the forums and elsewhere... so hopefully someone can patiently answer it for me here!

I've got an unlocked Razr V3R (R4515_G_08.BD.D3R_LP0003_GSTRAZR05CIN04NA173), originally purchased from AT&T/Cingular. I'm now using it with a China Mobile SIM card, and would like the ability to read any incoming SMS in simplified Chinese as well as the SIM card's Chinese menu options. I have downloaded the V3R language pack LP0015 from these forums. Can I install this language pack with my existing firmware? Will doing so allow me to then read simplified Chinese characters on my phone?

Then you can flash it. But I am not sure about the rest of question ( but it should ). Try it out.
