id say google videos. theres some trouble actually looking for videos on google because they also show videos from youtube so you have to look at the link and make sure its a google video not a link to youtube. but there you can download it to your computer, then use a converter to covert the file so its readable for your phone. for the z3, mpeg4 videos didnt work so i needed to convert it to 3gp using a converter i found online.

if your using google video, when you downloading the file, make sure you download it for "ipod's/psp" not "windows/mac" because downloading it to ipod/psp will download the file.

another way i found out just today was going to this website called stage6.com. that place is great! you can download movies and music videos if someone posts it. theres not much movies because most people watch stuff on youtube and stage6 isnt as popular. but theres good ones that are pretty new. but downside to stage6 is that you have to install this divX thing, doesnt take much time and space. its well worth it.

if your downloading from stage6, for me atleast, you have to let the whole video finish buffering untill you can download it, by right clicking and click "save video as" or somethign like that. the download is litterally like a second because the video was already loaded, and its a synch. and make sure you download it as a avi. file, i dont think alot of phones support divX. and for me, i have to use a converter to change the type to 3gp.

so google videos and stage6.com works. you just have to find someone who posts the video.
