does using this software to edit the plmn_text_table.bin have anything to do with the cl?

I remember changing something before and I lost my cl from the front small screen and instead had my name show up. I do not want to make this mistake again as I do not want to lose my cl.[/code]

Nope it will oly edit your Alpha Tag, you pobably use the custom Outer LC text in P2k tools

I've tried OpEdit 1.3 before and its working on my V3i. There's a guide by Samsung, and there's also a way of changing date to your name and makes the alpha tag (operator name) to be transparent. Here's a site that u can try.

The Rogers logo does show up so the proper edits must be in place. I was under the impression that I was basically changing the text.
