:( i dont no how to upload rar files to my rizr z3 and i want to put new skins on my phone but all skins i see on this site are in that format can some1 help me plz

Welcome to MotoModding BahamaGirl, rar is a compression format, you need programs like winrar to extract the content of the file. After you have extract it in any folder in your pc, you need to install it via Skin Manager. Here's the guide (http://motomodding.us/viewtopic.php?t=239).
