mma independent

Have been trolling through the skins again and wanted to know what
mma independent means, as well as mma_ucp files.

mma independent means is any mma ucp will work ( your current icons setting),
mma_ucp files is the 9 or 12 icon menu.. Some skins have special one needed. ( The skins do have all icons made.)
