Top icon Problem Help Pls..

when im trying to use those themes which id downloaded..skins works but the icons on the top which is the "battery status, signal strenght and etc." doesn't change..why it so? even though in photos or previews of those skins, those icons are included.. I need help pls.. :cry:

those are from the DRM not skins

what phone do you have
and what software version and bootloader is it
