How do you set a skins to install in "c" and not i

Could anyone help me. I've got so many skins but i can't used them because they are installing in a:/mobile/...... and not in c:/mobile/ ....
HELP PLS :?

Ok lets start with what kind of phone? and you can pick the dirc. in skinman if i'm not mistaken. go open skin man and go to setting and pick the c/mobile from there!! you will have to restart the program so it can detect from there!!
