me and my friend went to Kroger (a groocery store) and about 30 seconds after i walked in the door, i was passing by the counter of the bank inside and on the counter in front of where the teller sits(the bank was closed) was a blue v3i, glowing and shining in all it's glory  all by itself.... noone around.... hmmmm... of course i picked it up and stuck it in my pocket.... that baby was mine.... well after about 2 or 3 mins of shopping, i guess guilt or whatever you call it, kicked in and I went and turned it in to the customer service desk, hopefully, it found it's owner. I've never lost a phone. But i've found a few, and for some reason I always give them back.... it's probably the right thing to do
Yall ever lost a phone? Or better yet get one back?

I work at a bar and find phones all the time, they get put in the lost and found box, if no one claims them i 3-4 weeks, i get first pick which is quite cool, i would hate to lose ANY of my moto's, i've put in too much money and hard work for it to go to waste

I'm sure you did the right thing... And hey if after say, one week the phone is still there you could send a friend over to claim it :p (since the owner didn't care to go back for the poor moto)

sorry to hear that 97tealj - glad it wasn't your moto! I was thinking i'd be pissed if somebody kept mine, but sometimes that's how it goes. I probably would have ended up bricking it anyhow lol

That's just good karma.
Yes, I left my Treo 650 in a grocery store basket about 2 years ago, when they were $$$$$$. Complete mod, 2gb sd card, 50 leather case.
I went back 20 minutes later and it was safely tucked away at customer service desk. Sent the "returner" all the best vibes I could conjure up. It could have been a disaster.
Thats good karma, man.....

Nope, that person must be screaming luckilly, V3i, fully mod, 70 mp3, many videos, good ones, naughty ones, 1GB TF, what else could you want in a V3i?

sorry to hear that, araeff - i was hoping you'd have better news, but hopefully you had downloaded all your pics and vids and phone #'s and everything else before it got away. I've only know one girl to get her phone back after losing it and all her personal stuff had been deleted(phone numbers, pics, etc..) but she had already gotten a newer one by the time that she got it back, which she ended up being happier with.
