Is your bluetooth set to On? Bluetooth drains the battery very quickly.

If thats not the problem, I would think it is a battery problem and you should get it replaced.

Sounds like you have custom ring/charge lights installed.

Is this a all of a sudden change?
As ZeroKnightXZ has stated you may need a battery.

I also think you need another battery. It is more secure replace the battery to avoid leakage or another hazards.

You can try to drain all carge then put to load up to full load, with the phone turned off. The goal is make a more homogeneous charge .

Some experts say that you can "recover" the battery of 3.7 volts charging it with a stabilized source of 4.4 volts for 10 seconds and then placed in the cell to load, with phone turned off and without interruptions on charge. The goal is not to try to recover the chemistry of the battery, there is no way to do this, but recalibrating the standards of voltage levels sensors of electronic controllers in the cell and inside the battery. I do not know, perhaps it is a nonsense.

It does sound like the bat expires rather quickly, but most of these newer 3g phones, or smart phones, when put thru there paces just flat out eat up the battery. on my v9, the bat charge has never lasted long, and surfing or using the phone as a usb modem eats juice even faster. the ultimate solution will come from phone makers to provide batteries with higher capacity to support the increasing amount of battery eating apps etc.
