My krzr k1 volume's got too low please help

About 6 days ago i bought a k1 , it would work perfect but i don't know what happened to its volume .
Now away from the music & I just have to use the vibrate . There was no damage or water ,..... but maybe my p2k program , i mean volume gain table was the reason. Please Help... :cry:
