windows vista skin by giko for v3i

this skin is under licence....fldodger has given me the permission to share it here with the original link of the forum that has my licence on....
the skin is only dowloaded but it is not possible to share or post it on other forum without my permission and only under the codition of the gpl licence

I edited my mma_ucp to the right order but when I move around the main menu it jumps to wherever he wants, not following my directions.

That is done in the skin structure.

It means you have to edit the structure. It is very hard. What was wrong with the order it was in?
