Yup... In the photo of Motorola QA4 not look elegant but when look real is look elegant; similiar like Motorola A3100 but with keypad. The response more quick than Motorola A3100.

#CTIA09: Motorola QA4 Evoke Revealed
Motorola didn’t have a whole lot of new stuff to show off this year at CTIA, but we were happy to track down a QA4 Evoke that poked out of its hole to say hello. The Motorola QA4 Evoke was leaked a month ago and officially announced earlier this week, which we’re sure was meant to correspond with CTIA.
The Evoke makes good use of a 2.8″ touchscreen display with accelerometer that allows you to bring up a full virtual QWERTY keyboard on the screen if you don’t want to use predictive text on the alphanumeric keypad that slides out.
Upon first looking at the Evoke I noticed it was packed with preloaded widget screens; it was fairly reminiscient of Sony Xperia’s panel screens, but these widgets were easier to access. Such widgets included at launchtime are MySpace Mobile, Follow Me Weather, Google Quicksearch, Google Picasa, RSS Reader, USA Today Mobile, and YouTube.
The Evoke is a clever little touchscreen phone, but it’s not a smartphone nor should be considered as a possible replacement for one. But it is a heck of a regular phone, packed with a few nice bells and whistles. Release date should be somewhere in the early summer, probably around the same time as the Palm Pre.
We have pics for you, with video footage coming soon.
