New V3xx DRM's

I tried my hand at porting three (3) DRM's, RED-DRM, Super Blue-DRM, and Gold DRM. Tested on my Cingy V3xx works like a charm. Thanks to DXFactor, Spike, Joker, Chippero, and FLDogger (Some of the icons used came from DRM's originally made by you)
