LCD screen dirty !!!

i'm really not sure if i've posted this in the right place but,
my LCD TV/Monitor has been getting dirty latly and i havnt been touching it

i did once or twice b4 i knew they got dirty so easily and there are a few marks from that

its easily noticable when it shows anything black , but colours make the marks go away

so i was just wondering
can anyone suggest any LCD cleaners to use
becuase i dont want to risk having huge streaks if i use anything that isnt dry.
