Adding Pasword?

How do I add Password Protection to a Al-zip or winrar file.

Ex: Before or during extraction I want program to ask for Password

this is how it works if u have winrar installed!!!

Select the files or folder u want to zip.

Right-click over them, n select 'Add to archive...'

Now in the dialog box, select the filename, location, zip type etc...

Now click on 'Advanced' tab...

A 'Set Password' option is present on the right-hand side!!!
Click it!!!

Now enter and re-enter the password, n ur good to go!!!
