question can i flash z3 mp to k1?

No, you can only flash a K1 with that specific Firmware.
Flashing a K1 to z3 or vice versa will result in an unusable phone. (brick)

Fonts and DRMs are interchangeable. I think you can even flash the flex successfully.

No, flashing a K1 MP won't brick it. Some guy at M3 tried it a while back. They're so close, it almost works. I think it just messes up the way the screen displays. Flashing back to K1 solves it.

But to be on the safe side, I highly suggest that you don't go there unless you know exactly what you're doing.

By the way, I just tried it and I was right.

In the process of unbricking a K1, I tried Z3 firmware. It flashes just fine and doesn't brick it. The problem is, the screen is upside down, lol.

I know I'm mostly just talking to myself, but I find this very interesting. Everything worked perfectly, as far as I could tell, other than the screen being flipped. Sometime, I will try to figure out how to flip the screen and then people can flash Z3 stuff to K1. But in the mean time, I got my K1 fixed, lol.

Yeah, I think it's since Z3 is a slider, so the screen direction doesn't need to change, but K1 is a flip. I have no idea how I'm gonna fix that issue, haha. I flashed back to K1 and it works great, but I feel like messing with Z3 stuff on my K1, lol.
