HOW CAN I SET IT UO THE POWER DOWN SOUND???

HELLO there im postin to ask how to set it up the power down sound because i successfully do a start up sound but the power down sound its not working what i need to do?

**no bit manipulation here, just change the actual value in the offset**

offset 22 (01 for custom startup sound stored in /a/mobile/audio/Start~up.mp3, 00 for no custom startup sound), may need to adjust 0032_0001, offset 24, bit 3
offset 23 (01 for custom startup in stored seems 0206/0208, 00 for no custom startup)
offset 24 (01 for custom shutdown sound stored in /a/mobile/audio/Power~down.mp3, 00 for no custom shutdown sound)
offset 4D (00 SIM card NOT required for phone access, 01 SIM card required for phone access)
offset 80 (01 for number display with no dashes, 00 for number display with dashes- 1-404-555-1212)
offset 148 (01 for MTWTFSS week format in calendar, 00 for SMTWTFS week format in calendar)
offset 1C0 (02 for CMCC splash screen, 01 for Vodafone splash screen, 00 for original Hellomoto splash screen)
offset 1D1 (01 for .3gp video record, 03 for .mp4 video record)
offset 1ED swap to ring style when press/hold # key (01 soft, 02 vibrate, 03 vibe then ring, 04 silent, 05 vibe&ring)
offset 207 (01 charge via computer USB connection, 00 do not charge via computer USB connection)

Not working on rizr? Wonder? Maybe some of our friends can test that for us... I've tried on L7 & V3x, works like charms...
