Z10 starts only in boot mode!!!

I flashed my Z10 with the Swisscom fw 3191 and now it only starts in boot mode and RSD detect the phone as an "S FLASH ESPOO"!!!
What could i do???

Did you make a backup? Try to flash a stock firmware.

I reflashed the Ucraine firmware and the phone works but if i try to flash the Swisscom firmware again the phone starts in boot mode...
Is it possible that the Ucraine fw modified something like the boot loader or other files???
What could i do to restore the previus condition?
