well one step would be to flash a mp with the 12icon mma ucp in it. or you can do it thru p2k menu editor. first what s/w version and what bl do you have?

You can set it via skinman if u r installing new skins on the options menu or you can also edit any skins before installing via Menu Maker by Stant.
